The work aims to consider issues related the peculiarity of interrogating suspects with participation an interpreter in investigation crimes during preliminary investigation. specificity this situation is determined by fact that criminal procedural legislation Russian Federation for a person who does not speak language legal proceedings or have sufficient level provides right use services free charge.
